The Situation

Next Generation Taekwondo Australia is South Australia’s biggest martial arts studio. Five locations, a sixth opening in Queensland, and a website that was letting the business down across every channel it touched — hurting Google Ads quality scores, limiting SEO, and failing to convert the traffic it was already receiving.

Underneath the marketing problem was an operational one. Every trial class enquiry required manual follow-up from the customer experience team to confirm bookings and send reminders. Leads were falling through the cracks and the team was spending significant time on admin that should have been automated.

Josh came to Uprise to fix both.

What We Did

Two fixes, one system.

01

We rebuilt the website from the ground up — clean design, clear conversion path, and correct technical structure across all five locations. The goal was simple: more of the people already visiting the site should be booking a trial class.

02

We then built and integrated a GoHighLevel CRM that automated the entire prospect journey. Booking confirmation, reminder sequences, and post-trial follow-up — all handled automatically from the moment someone enquires. No manual intervention required.

The Queensland location launched onto the new system from day one.

The Results

3%

9%

Website conversion rate went from 3% to 9% — three times as many trial bookings from the same traffic without increasing ad spend.

$40,000+

The automation eliminated over $40,000 in annual admin costs from the customer experience team. Not headcount cuts. Time freed up for the work that actually moves the business forward.

The Takeaway

A broken website and a manual follow-up process are two of the most common and most fixable revenue leaks in a growing service business. Fix the conversion. Automate the follow-up. The rest compounds from there.
